Our people are the key to our success. Our people share a vision and a passion that is a part of the culture at ATRM. Our people are professionals, with integrity, diligence and dedication to customer service. While they may be spread geographically, they remain an integral part of the ATRM team. On average, each member of our team has more than 15 years of service with ATRM and an average of 25 years assessing and investigation experience. All our assessors and investigators are appropriately licensed in the states in which they operate and undergo regular training through our Sydney office.

Our principal, Rohan Smith, has worked within the Life Insurance industry for more than 30 years, including the provision of specialised assessing and investigation services to law firms in relation to litigated claims, in addition to self insurers, corporations and government departments. Rohan has managed some 10,000 factual interviews, personally conducted nearly 4,000 factual interviews and managed well in excess of 18,000 separate matters for clients.
